Point Break Drama Acting School would like to pay tribute to and acknowledge the huge contribution of Theatre director and teacher John Milson, who sadly passed away on Saturday in Perth. He was 75. John Milson was a prolific director of Theatre, Music Theatre & Opera for over 50 years.
John pioneered the Music Theatre Course at WAAPA, and has played a huge part in shaping & training emerging talent in this country. Point Break Drama Co-founder Paul Winchester was trained by John in the early Nineties.
John Milson lived for the Theatre, an was infact married to it. And what a happy union it was!
He loved nothing more than to work on a great play or song and bring it to life!
Thanks for your incredible passion and dedication to the Craft John. RIP
