Kids Screen Test Workshop Online

Kids Screen Test Workshop online in the Autumn school holidays for children  will develop acting, improvisation and audition techniques for the camera, whilst giving kids (7- 10yrs) a grounding in basic acting techniques.

This workshop will also be full of warm ups and improvisation games, voice and relaxation skills, industry advice, audition tips as well as script work in front of camera. Taught by professional actors with industry insight and knowledge. 

Kids Screen Test Workshop Online will cover:

• A practical screen-test class.
• In this class students will prepare scenes & commercials to perform  under screen test conditions.
• Fun and spontaneous class with all participants engaged in the process.
• Have fun playing different characters on screen.
• The opportunity to fail fast in a safe and supportive environment.
• 3 x 45min class over three consecutive days at 9am each morning
• Dates are 22nd, 23rd & 24th April
• Scripts provided by email – Please print
• Maximum 12
• Participants will need zoom Basic to access online
• Invitation will be sent via email address in application

Taught by Matt Charleston

Originally from Tasmania, Matt Charleston trained as an actor at NIDA. Matt has also studied extensively in LA, where he participated in a number workshops with industry heavyweights like Howard Fine, Dee Wallace Stone and Amy Lyndon. Matts teaching experience spans 15 years.
