Jo Briant Casting Online Workshop
The Jo Briant Casting Online Workshop for adults is an exclusive opportunity to work with Jo Briant casting Director. Jo works for Fountain Head Casting, and other major casting agents around Sydney. It’s a perfect opportunity to show Jo your skill and learn from one of the most approachable and warm casting agents in the business. The session will be run like a real casting , only Jo will be there to give you an inside view of how it works. She will guide, nurture and give you feedback. Jo’s special interest is in how to make the actor feel comfortable before and in the audition. She will explore different techniques for previewing the casting session going well and having fun in the room.

Term 2 Online Preparation
Point Break Drama is now presenting classes via an online video conferencing platform. We will be using both Google ” Hangouts” and / or “Zoom” . Participants will need a GMAIL email address, a device to access and Apps downloaded on either phone, tablet or Laptop..Laptops are preferred.

Jo Briant Casting Online Workshop Director
Jo Briant is a Casting Director at Fountainhead Casting and has been a successful actor for 37 years. She has worked extensively in theatre, film and television in New Zealand and Australia appearing in projects such as The End the Beginning, Life Goals, Bondi Slayer, Reckoning, Smokescreen, Kairos, Dave and Theo, The Fighting Season, MotherLode, Psychoanalysis, Wham Bam Thank You Ma’am, Home and Away, The Moodys, All Saints, Water Rats, Murder Call, Big Sky, Shortland Street and numerous commercials and voiceovers. She is also an experienced Director, Acting Coach, Success Coach and Energy Healer. And is a regular teacher at TAFTA and The Hub Studio and runs her own drop in classes. She loves combining acting, casting and coaching, as her wealth of experience and intimate understanding of an actors world both on screen and off enables her to guide other actors in a fun and nurturing way.
